Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, PE, PMP or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing integrated developments, mixed-use projects, or large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and familiar with BIM process.

Additional Information

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of ISH & AQC superstructural and finishing works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Oversee offsite fabrication and delivery of structural elements while managing stakeholders, project teams, and technical coordination for large-scale integrated or mixed-use developments. Lead project planning, execution, and completion within schedule, budget, and quality targets. Develop and monitor construction programmes, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Manage contracts, project costs, claims, variations, and progress payments. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities. Review designs, technical submissions, and resolve constructability issues. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, MOM, SCDF), quality standards, and WSH requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality control reviews. Lead and mentor project teams, manage performance, and prepare management reports.
