Retention & Prevention Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive retention and prevention strategies end-to-end - from planning and prioritisation to execution and accountability
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable intelligence: anticipate risk, uncover root causes, and recommend corrective actions with confidence
• Build strong alignment across Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure strategy lands effectively
• Thrive in ambiguity - making timely, informed decisions even when the full picture is still forming
• Introduce scalable processes, tools, and initiatives with an invent-and-simplify approach
• Lead complex customer negotiations, crafting solutions that are sustainable, value-driven, and mutually beneficial
• Maintain a regular on-site presence at our Pesaro Headquarters to ensure timely, direct support to the business
