About the role

Your new company Client is an established advanced/ life science manufacturing firm, seeking to appoint a Project Scheduler on a6‑month extendable contract to support planning, coordination, and timely execution of project deliverables. Location : Tuas, Singapore (Shuttlebus provided from prime areas) Duration : 6-months Contract (can be extended) Salary : Open to discussions This position involves both part-time and full-time engagement: August to September 2026, working 2 days per week (Flexible) October 2026 to January 2027, working 5 days per week (Full-time, onsite) Your new role We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler. Step into a high-impact role where precision meets innovation. You will be at the heart of delivering complex automation and pharmaceutical projects, owning the project timeline and driving execution excellence from planning through completion through management of multiple party communication. Update overall project schedule and progress report on weekly basis Collating status from execution team and updating schedule in Primavera (P6) to reforecast remaining activities. Updating S Curve for CQ execution. Management of specific schedule for planned shutdowns Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all required activities are fully captured within the shutdown window. Coordinate across functions to define logical relationships between activities, including predecessors and successors. Establish and baseline the shutdown schedule at the appropriate stage of planning. Monitor and control schedule changes, performing impact assessments on the critical path to mitigate risks and ensure seamless execution. Provide weekly reports to the Project Manager, outlining current status, key risks, and forecasts for critical activities. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience Prior experiences in a large scale project environment(experience in pharmaceutical sector is preferable but not essential) Experience in shutdown schedule management, P6,critical path tracking and stakeholder coordination across multiple functions.
