Integration Architect(IBM API Connect & DataPower)

Responsibilities

• Platform & Infrastructure Support: Oversee the full operational lifecycle of IBM API Connect and IBM DataPower Gateway, ensuring robust platform health, performance, and stability.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform proactive monitoring, routine maintenance, timely patching, and version upgrades across all environments to ensure organizational compliance.
• Security Management: Manage TLS certificate lifecycles, gateway configurations, and API security protocols to maintain uninterrupted, secure communication.
• Operational Excellence: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and anomalies, manage incident resolution, and provide monthly operational reporting on platform KPIs.
• Disaster Recovery: Drive DR planning and execution, maintaining environment parity through regular data synchronization from Production.
• Collaborative Design: Partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable microservices architectures and deliver robust integration solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud CP4I, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Experience & Skills Required:
• Education/Experience: 10+ years in designing/implementing enterprise API solutions and middleware integrations.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in IBM API Connect (API lifecycle management) and IBM DataPower Gateway.
• Cloud Platforms: Proven track record in multi-cloud environments (AWS, IBM Cloud CP4I, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Core Competencies: API security, gateway configuration, microservices architecture, API documentation, testing, and performance optimization.

Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Integration Architect with over 10 years of experience to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade API solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end platform and infrastructure support of IBM API Connect and IBM DataPower Gateway, ensuring high availability, security, and operational stability across Development, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
