The QA Engineer ensures the quality of software by designing and executing manual and automated tests. This role supports our shift toward more technical, automation-focused testing to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. QA Engineers work closely with developers, product owners, and other teams to strengthen automation, improve test coverage, and help deliver high-quality software efficiently. What will you do: Lead test planning and quality strategy for products or domains. Architect maintainable and scalable automation frameworks. Drive regression, performance, and risk-based testing. Collaborate across teams to align quality efforts with delivery goals. Coach mid-level and junior QA Engineers What we´re looking for: 2+ years of experience in automation testing. Hands-on experience with test tools like Selenium, REST-assured, or JUnit. Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of Agile development and defect lifecycle.
