Responsibilities

  • Create copy to support key company initiatives across multiple channels, including email, digital and print advertising, collateral, social media, video, and both B2B and B2C communications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university, along with 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated success developing persuasive marketing and sales copy across print, email, digital advertising, web, and related channels
  • Experience translating brand standards, including voice, tone, and grammar guidelines, into effective market-ready messaging
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on time and on strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently present and advocate for creative work to stakeholders
  • Collaborative, curiosity-first mindset, especially when responding to feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to independently manage deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills

The copywriter will oversee copy development for assigned areas of the organization while serving as an active steward of the brand. This position will be part of the in-house creative team supporting a diverse range of WorldStrides products.
