One of these pillars, the Responsible Hosting pillar, focuses on the Group's commitment to responsible drinking and ensuring that the brands are always enjoyed responsibly. The Public Affairs department is composed of 18 people and the responsibility & prevention sub-department is a team of 5 people working to roll out the Responsible Hosting strategy across the group. It has a very transversal role within the entity, working closely with all departments. Your key missions ? Mission 1: Assistance on the Responsible Hosting pillar You will assist and support the team on the implementation of the global Responsible Hosting strategy You will prepare in depth analysis on specific S&R topics & carry out desk research on responsible drinking & p revention programmes You will a ssist in the coordination with the different departments of the HQ Mission 2: Assistance in the organization and implementation of the DRINK MORE WATER prevention programme ( www.drinkmore-water.com ) You will h elp run DRINK MORE WATER digital campaign (community management, online events, website and content creation) You will p rovide support to affiliates wishing to implement the field programme and digital campaign You will h elp with the preparation of material before events and the follow-up of events afterwards (reports, monitoring, feedback from affiliates & partners) You will s upport in communicati on of the programme - sharing of best practices, gathering information and insights from the markets, preparing comm unication Mission 3: Assistance in the implementation of the Consumer Information / digital labelling project (E-Label) You will s upport the team in building a strong communication campaign to support the markets in the roll-out of the initiative (supporting in the creation of a concept, assets, tools and development of communication plan) You will support the implementation of the project when needed, including data collection from markets, support communication needs, process reporting, data management etc. Mission 4 : Assistance on other S&R projects and internal projects (such as reporting) Bar World of Tomorrow initiative: you will support the roll out of the project across the markets and assist in the preparation of tools and communications needed for this (presentations, flyers, posts...) You will a ssist in the preparation of events organized by the team, both operationally and for the communication of the events You will d rive the collection and analysis of key data from internal reporting to support goal setting of the Group's Responsibl e Hostin g strategy If you recognize yourself in the description below, don't wait to apply! You are pursuing a Master degree in Corporate Social Responsibility or Communication/Marketing or Public Affairs/Public Policies or Env ironment A first experience in CSR in a large company is a plus You are fluent in English. French or Spanish are appreciated You have excellent writing skills and good knowledge of communication tools You have high interest in societal and sustainability topics Please note: to apply, you must be available for a 6-month internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
