Finance Manager, FP&A & Financial Control (up to $7,500/ East/ Permanent Role) - Location: East Area - 5 Days work week - Permanent Role - Salary: up to $7,500 + Variable Bonus Job Summary We are seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A & Financial Control to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and financial control activities. This role will partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and Group policies. Responsibility: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with SFRS and Group policies. Analyze financial performance, identify key variances, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Review project costing and business unit performance against corporate and financial objectives. Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, funding requirements, banking facilities, and foreign exchange exposure. Develop management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations to support decision-making. Partner with business and operational teams on planning, performance management, and business initiatives. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders on audit, tax, and compliance matters. Support daily finance operations and strengthen financial controls and governance. Drive process improvements through automation and standardization of finance processes. Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirement: ACCA / Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial control, corporate finance, or related finance functions are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and business performance analysis. Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
