At hirehire agency, Product and Design leaders with experience at Meta, Intercom, Stripe, Revolut, Deel, Apple, and other top companies share their network and evaluate candidates. (I still can't believe it as I'm typing it - super proud of this!) And the model works. We've successfully collaborated with a bunch of great companies: a mix of global AI startups (incl. YC companies), enterprise clients, and Russian-speaking founders building globally. Most of our searches are for senior Product and Design roles - Heads of Product, Heads of Design, and Senior+ ICs. Our 2025 revenue landed in the upper six-digit range - up 250% from 2024. The founders - Kostya & Mariam - know a few things about great product teams and recruitment Kostya Gorsky , co-founder - Former Senior Design Manager at Intercom (AI-powered products). Former Head of Design at Yandex (100M+ users). Mariam Prazyan , co-founder - Former Head of Talent at Pivot, built talent function from scratch, scaled hiring across three continents in two months. We're also building hirehire.ai - an AI-powered hiring intelligence product. The agency is our lab (among other things): we constantly test new AI developments and experiment with different products and approaches. We're opening this role because Mariam is shifting focus to our product Mariam has been running the agency since day one. She's now moving to the product side, and we need someone to take over the agency and make it their own. We'll stay involved at a strategic level (think of it like a board) - we'll meet regularly, shape strategy together, and you can always ask us about anything you need. You'll own: day-to-day strategy and execution, the recruiting partner team (hiring, performance, development), client roster and pricing, project delivery and quality, operational systems, and the agency P&L. We'll own together: major strategic pivots, brand and positioning, and the connection between the agency and our AI product. We have two types of roles in our team: partners and experts Recruiting partners (2 today, full-time, growing to 3-4) - own the recruiting process end to end: sourcing (in our network and elsewhere), coordination, communications, and project delivery. Domain experts (12, part-time) - our lovely community of practicing PMs and Designers from top companies who bring their expertise in assessing both the client's context and the candidates.
