Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for engagement? Join our elite team as the primary brand contact at Singapore's top retail hubs. 💰 COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES 💰 Base Pay: $20 per hour Engagement Bonus: $3 for every customer successfully invited for a 10-15 min product demonstration (conducted by our consultants). Success Bonus: $15 for every customer you introduce who makes a purchase. 📍 WORK LOCATIONS 📍 VivoCity | Jurong Point | Tampines 1 🗓️ FLEXIBLE SHIFTS (3-4days week, your choice!) Shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm or 12:00pm - 9:00pm (8hours + 1-hr non paid break) Short Shift: 2:00pm - 8:00pm (6hours, no break) ✨ YOUR ROLE (Primary brand contact) - Active Engagement : Proactively approach and engage shoppers to drive store traffic through personalized invitations. - Proactive Communication : Act as the first point of contact, introducing customers to our services and directing them to our specialist consultants. - Seamless Handover : Once the introduction is made, you return to the storefront to initiate new engagements while consultants handle the product demo. - Performance Excellence: Maintain consistent outreach activity and meet engagement targets (e.g., 2 successful invitations within the first 2 hours). 📈 STRATEGIC ENGAGEMENT (Low footfall) In instances where mall traffic is quiet, you are expected to: Increase Observance: Be highly alert and ready to engage potential customers immediately as they appear Maximize Outreach: Use proactive communication to ensure every potential opportunity is captured the moment a shopper is within reach. Storefront Presence: Maintain a high-energy presence to ensure the brand remains inviting at all times. ✔️ REQUIREMENTS Attributes: Bubbly, high-energy, and a naturally engaging personality. Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Mindset: Target-driven, observant, and proactive. Reliability: Able to commit to a flexible, shift-based schedule.
