Your Opportunity Position Summary BDO's National Office internal finance team is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator for a full-time position. Our office is located in the downtown core of Toronto, close to public transportation and Union Station. This is a replacement role. In this role, you will be providing administrative duties for the processing of accounts payable function across the firm. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Review, verify, and process invoices to ensure both accuracy and timely payment Audit expense reports for compliance with firm policies and procedures Assist with and process the Firm's corporate credit card payments, transactions, and reconciliation EIB integration for large volume accounts payable transactions Verify supplier accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Professionally answer questions regarding payables while being a strong liaison with BDO offices Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with BDO offices on all accounts payable matters Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks Identify opportunities to streamline processes Additional ad hoc tasks as required How do we define success for your role? Education and Professional Skills/Knowledge College Diploma or University Degree in accounting 2 + years' experience in an accounting role with a focus in accounts payable Excellent time management skills, with a strong attention to detail Well organized and able to handle large volumes Proficient in MS-Office applications and intermediate level Microsoft Excel required Experience with Workday software is considered an asset French bilingual is considered an asset The expected range of compensation for this role is 43,000.00 - 65,000.00 CAD Annually.
