Product & Application Specialist - Hygienic Fluid Handling

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Product & Application Engineer (HFH Product) to join our Food & Water Division. This role is dedicated to supporting customers and developing competences regarding our Hygienic Fluid Handling portfolio , which includes Pumps, Valves, and Tank equipment . You will play a key part in delivering technical expertise, driving product adoption, and ensuring our customers receive the highest value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and application support for the Hygienic Fluid Handling portfolio.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop tailored solutions for customer needs.
• Lead and participate in technical discussions, customer visits, and project meetings.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to support product development and positioning.
• Deliver product training and technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the sales process with technical documentation, proposals, and value-based arguments.
• Ensure accurate use of CRM and sales tools for project tracking and pipeline visibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Agile and eager to learn, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in product/application engineering or technical sales.
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments is highly valued.
• Intermediate English level.
• Availability to travel internationally.
