[URGENT] Food Safety Quality Control Officer (Food Manufacturing Industry)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming goods to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks on products prior to dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices within the premises.
• Monitor storage conditions and inventory handling in accordance with FIFO and best practices.
• Prepare and manage product labelling accurately.
• Carry out routine checks related to pest control and hygiene monitoring.
• Assist in investigating customer feedback or food safety-related issues.
• Support documentation and records related to food safety and quality systems.
• Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance food safety standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• With 1 - 2 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or food safety operations, preferably from food manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of food safety standards and warehouse or production best practices will be ideal
