Operations Analyst - FX Documentation, Contract

About the role

The role partners with internal teams Sales Trading Legal Compliance Technology and other Operations teams to ensure issue resolution and timely drafting of legal confirmations. Core Responsibilities - Legal Confirmation Drafting: Prepare and manage confirmations for Foreign Exchange (FX) and Interest Rate Derivatives transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve issues and deliver timely documentation. -Risk Mitigation: Act as a subject matter expert to identify risks, strengthen controls, and ensure operational efficiency in documentation processes. - Strategic Support: Assist the Asia FXIRP Drafting team in executing global initiatives while aligning with regional business needs. - Process Improvement: Design and implement workflow enhancements leveraging Business Intelligence tools and automation. - Global Consistency: Build relationships with peers across regions to ensure standardized documentation practices and knowledge sharing. - Continuous Review: Regularly assess processes to meet expectations for timeliness, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline. - Prior operations experience or internship experience. - Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. - Collaborative and team-oriented, with effective problem-solving and judgment skills. Preferred: - Understanding of FX and Interest Rate markets, derivatives, and regulatory environment would be an added advantage. - Experience with ISDA documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
