You will support full Enterprise pods, including Account Executives, BDRs, Legal Architects, Solutions Architects, CSMs, and other post sales roles, ensuring consistent execution across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the SVP of Enterprise and Director of Revenue Operations to identify and prioritize the highest impact initiatives across pipeline generation, deal progression, and retention.
  • Building and operationalizing enablement programs that directly support complex Enterprise motions including multi threading, executive engagement, value based selling, pilots, RFPs, negotiation, and cross functional deal orchestration.
  • Designing and leading Enterprise onboarding that reduces time to first deal and prepares new hires to execute confidently in live deal environments.
  • Coaching in active opportunities, reinforcing structured deal qualification, account planning, and disciplined execution using frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Translating product roadmap updates and operational changes into clear, actionable sales plays in partnership with Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Driving disciplined adoption of CRM standards, AI driven workflows, and enablement tools such as Gong and LetterAI to improve execution quality.

  • Contributing to strategic Enterprise events including SKO and revenue summits to ensure alignment with segment priorities.
  • What you bring:
  • 4+ years of Revenue or Sales Enablement experience supporting a B2B Enterprise SaaS motion.

  • Strong operational acumen with experience in Salesforce and revenue reporting.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior sales leaders and influencing at the executive level.
  • Proficiency with modern enablement tools including CRM systems, Gong, and LetterAI.
