About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST FST SITE LEAD, PROGRAM MGMT OFC of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: specialize experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Naval Aviation solutions to Fleet Support Teams, Program Managers - Air (PMA), and/or Program Executive Offices (PEO). Leading Naval Aviation projects, developing findings, and briefing higher level leadership. Advising on Program, course of actions, including risk mitigation and acceptance; and supervising employees.
