Responsibilities
- Manages G&P Facility Integrity Group ensuring Mechanical Integrity (MI) program compliance with industry regulations and company initiatives for covered assets.

- Works as a fixed equipment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide guidance on design, operation, equipment selection, and construction; failure analysis; fitness for service; and repairs. Ensures quality in all builds and repairs.
- Participates in and develops audit and other protocols to ensure programs are meeting desired outcomes. Develops Key Performance Indicators too understand program health and manages employee prioritization appropriately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- Valid Drivers License is required.
- Ten (10) years engineering, maintenance, and/or reliability experience in the oil and gas industry required.
- Five (5) years leadership experience required.
- Experience with and certifications in API, ASME, and other industry codes preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Facility Integrity Manager leads and manages the Mechanical Integrity (MI) Program for NG&NGL Services assets, owning the Mechanical Integrity element of the corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) standard and ensuring compliance with OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119). This role provides strategic and technical leadership to reduce risk, improve asset reliability, and drive continuous improvement across the NG&NGL asset base. The Facility Integrity Manager is a primary liaison between Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and IT to ensure effective Inspection, Testing, and Preventative Maintenance (ITPM) execution.
