Monday - Friday 10:00AM Start Play a vital role in keeping operations accurate and running smoothly by managing both physical and system-based inventory records. Execute daily cycle counts, oversee claims, and handle account administration to ensure inventory integrity across the facility. Track and manage data related to ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of products while supporting seamless shipping and fulfillment processes. Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering essential shipping materials, supplies, and equipment-helping ensure the facility stays stocked, efficient, and ready to meet demand. What You'll Do (Inventory Control & Warehouse Operations) Maintain accurate inventory control records , including purchasing, shipping, and stock activity within a fast-paced warehouse environment Compile and analyze data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and inventory reports to support supply chain operations Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment to ensure optimal stock availability and workflow efficiency Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies , including damages, adjustments, and shrinkage Perform regular cycle counts , assist with physical inventories , and verify product accuracy using SKU numbers, pallet IDs, and system data Ensure order accuracy by cross-referencing products with catalogs, item master data, and shipping documentation Identify excess, slow-moving, or obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions, including inventory reduction or disposal How You'll Support Operations Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Contribute to efficient warehouse logistics, distribution, and inventory management processes Support a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills) Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems (WMS preferred) Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in the facility's operating language Comfortable working in cold storage (-20°F) or dry warehouse environments (up to 100°F) with proper PPE Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Flexibility to work varied shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40 Why Lineage?
