Job Purpose: We are seeking a curious, analytically rigorous Strategy Analyst to support the ideation, design, and activation of key organizational initiatives. While anchored in our people strategy, this role has a broad mandate that touches on operational excellence, enterprise-wide transformation, and broader business objectives. Serving a dual mandate, the ideal candidate acts as both a strategic thought partner-helping translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies-and functions in a "Chief of Staff" capacity to orchestrate the cadence of the organization.
