🚀 Manufacturing Engineer (Automation & PLC)

Responsibilities

• 🔹 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• 🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• 🔹 Support machine installation, commissioning, and process validation activities.
• 🔹 Diagnose and modify PLC programs to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• 🔹 Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to implement process improvements.
• 🔹 Analyze equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• 🔹 Coordinate with vendors and external contractors on equipment servicing and upgrades.
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• ✔ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• ✔ Experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• ✔ Hands-on experience with automated machinery and production equipment.
• ✔ Knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.).
• ✔ Familiarity with automation controls, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ✔ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
