You Will: Manage a portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle Ensure client satisfaction and high retention Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clients Ensure timely payments Negotiate business terms and doing upsell Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance Mentor for junior colleagues (new AMs and jAMs) in campaign management area Drive company-wide or local projects in account management Build expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge Desired Experience: Experience in account management, managing large clients Experience in e-commerce and/or in retargeting Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations Some experience in developing others would be an asset Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s) Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate Advanced English
