Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.
• Data Center engineering or operations experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems, or computerized maintenance management systems

In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art critical infrastructure facilities based in Singapore. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations. This role starts with 12-months contractual term with opportunity to convert to permanent full time employment. Key job responsibilities - You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment's, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators. - Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA. - Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works. - Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping. - Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation. - Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.
