In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art critical infrastructure facilities based in Singapore. You will collaborate with a world-class technical team, working alongside some of the brightest and most talented engineers in the data center industry. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations. This role starts with 12-months contractual term with opportunity to convert to permanent full time employment. Key job responsibilities - You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment's, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators. - Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA. - Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works. - Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping. - Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation. - Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.
