Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, contract preparation).
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding, including orientation and documentation.

- Payroll Administration:

- Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll, taxation, statutory contributions, and payslips.
- Benefits & HR Administration
- Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies).
- Liaise with insurance providers to ensure timely administration and issue resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee enquiries relating to benefits, leave, and HR administrative matters.
- Process HR-related invoices, purchase requests, reimbursements, and payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.
- Manage HR-related contracts and documentation, including employment contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and other administrative records.
- Assistant to HRBP
- Support business department on employee relations, performance evaluation etc.
- Serve as bridge between business department and HR COE to smoothen communications and improve cooperation and efficiency.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives by coordinating company events, communications, and employee experience activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field.
- 3-5 years in HR roles (recruitment, generalist, or specialist).
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and problem-solving ability.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.
- Occasional business travel to HQ in Hangzhou, China
