Responsibilities
- Complete holistic OT assessments for adults and children.
- Prescribe equipment, assistive technology, minor adaptations, and support major adaptations.
- Carry out complex moving & handling assessments and develop proportionate management plans.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy (essential)
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Experience within adult social care or adult health services
- Experience applying safeguarding policies and procedures
- Knowledge
- Understanding of the Care Act 2014
- Knowledge of national health & social care frameworks
- Confident completing holistic OT assessments and risk evaluations
- Able to devise and implement reablement goals
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work collaboratively across agencies
- Organised, able to prioritise workload effectively
- Competent IT skills (databases, spreadsheets, email)
