How Will You Make an Impact? As a Material Handler II at our Gurnee, IL facility , you will support stockroom and manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient movement of materials. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production schedules, and executing warehouse transactions with a strong focus on quality and process adherence. Location: On‑site at our Gurnee, IL facility. What Will You Do? Coordinate and execute the movement of materials to support manufacturing production schedules . Perform physical and system transactions for material replenishment across production areas. Support movement of materials to non-production areas such as shipping, parts prep, and office functions . Utilize RF scanners and ERP systems to accurately complete inventory transactions. Operate material handling equipment as required. Maintain proper bin management and FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Return unused materials from manufacturing to the stockroom using RF systems. Properly dispose of scrap materials according to established procedures. Pull materials for purge activities and inventory adjustments as needed. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Verify all material movements and documentation to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records . Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Follow all safety, health, and company security policies . Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. How Will You Get Here? Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments required. Experience with ERP systems and RF scanning strongly preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations . Ability to perform accurate ERP transactions using RF scanners and computer systems . Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance . Ability to identify discrepancies and support basic problem-solving . Ability to follow standardized work instructions and procedures. Basic math skills, including calculations and percentages. Ability to read and understand instructions, documentation, and visual aids. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills with team members and leadership. Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment .
