Responsibilities

  • Regional Delivery Enablement & Operating Excellence
  • Own the health, effectiveness, and scalability of the regional delivery enablement function across APAC.
  • Ensure complex, non‑standard, or ambiguous work is clearly structured, solutioned, and operationalized before handoff to execution teams.
  • Design and continuously improve intake, prioritization, triage, and handover models that protect execution capacity and reduce delivery friction.
  • Sponsor and embed regional delivery standards, quality guardrails, and operating rhythms that drive consistent outcomes at scale.
  • Drive adoption of tooling, automation, and portfolio analytics that improve predictability, risk visibility, and executive decision‑making.
  • Ensure improvements are durable and sustained , embedded into operating models rather than dependent on individual heroics.
  • People Leadership & Capability Building
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary team across: Solutions Management Process Excellence & Quality Tooling, Automation, and Portfolio Analytics
  • Establish clear role charters, decision rights, success measures, and growth paths across the function.
  • Build leadership depth so outcomes scale through people and systems , not through personal intervention.
  • Foster a culture grounded in operational truth, continuous improvement, learning loops, and proactive value creation .
  • Cross‑Functional Integration
  • Partner closely with Capacity Delivery, Technology Enablement, Business Transformation, and Portfolio leaders across the region.
  • Ensure work is prioritized, sequenced, and outcome‑driven , enabling functional leaders to focus on strategic ownership rather than execution mechanics.
  • Translate strategy, change initiatives, and global direction into delivery‑ready operating models that teams can execute consistently.
  • Enable smoother cross‑team execution by reducing noise, clarifying dependencies, and aligning on trade‑offs.
  • Strategic Influence & Portfolio Leadership
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority , aligning diverse stakeholders around shared priorities and decision frameworks.
  • Elevate leadership conversations by surfacing portfolio‑level patterns, leading indicators, and systemic risks , reducing reliance on late‑stage escalation.

Requirements

  • Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience leading complex programs, portfolios, or operating models in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Proven ability to own systems and outcomes beyond direct authority , driving results through influence and clarity.
  • Strong background in one or more of the following:Delivery enablementProgram / portfolio managementProcess design and operating model developmentBusiness or operational transformation
  • Experience using data, analytics, and insights to inform executive decision‑making and prioritize outcomes.
