- Coordinate with PR and events teams on speaking opportunities and earned media
- New Channel Builds
- Stand up Oscilar's presence on Twitter/X and Reddit from scratch - brand handle, exec handles, subreddit engagement strategy
- Experiment with short-form video, podcast clips, and community-native formats
- Build a playbook for each channel that is distinct from LinkedIn, not a copy-paste
- Brand & Creative Campaigns
- Lead creative brand campaigns across video, podcasts, physical books, and formats we have not tried yet
- Produce brand marketing content that makes Oscilar feel bigger than its headcount
- Brief and manage external creative partners: videographers, designers, illustrators, sound engineers
- Own the taste bar on what ships with the Oscilar name on it
- Email Newsletter & Customer Marketing
- Launch and grow an external email newsletter that our ICP actually wants in their inbox
- Run customer marketing content: case studies, customer spotlights, user stories, and lifecycle email
- Coordinate with CS and Sales on customer narratives that work for both prospects and existing accounts
- AI-Assisted Content Pipelines
- Build and run content production pipelines powered by Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and agentic AI
- Design workflows that turn one anchor asset (a research report, a webinar, a book chapter) into 30 downstream pieces
- Maintain the taste filter: AI produces the volume, you produce the quality bar
- Ship the internal tools and prompts the rest of the marketing team needs to go faster

Role Overview: We are hiring a Founding Content Marketing Manager to build Oscilar's content engine across every surface that matters - search, social, email, and brand. Your job is to produce a lot of content, put it in front of the right people, and make Oscilar the most recognized brand in AI risk decisioning. You will write SEO and AEO articles, ghost-write exec social posts, stand up our Twitter and Reddit presence, run email newsletters, and lead creative brand campaigns from video to podcasts to physical books. This role is for a content operator who believes the cost of publishing has collapsed and that the winners in B2B brand are the teams who ship ten times more content at a higher bar than their competitors. You will treat AI as a force multiplier and run content pipelines that no four-person team could have run two years ago. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on how the market perceives Oscilar and on how much organic pipeline our brand creates. You will report to the Head of Growth and partner closely with our Execs, Design, Performance Marketing, Events, and Customer Marketing teams .
