Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of your assigned Oracle HCM module.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and in related fields.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the specific Oracle HCM module you are applying for.
- In-depth understanding of relevant HR business processes (e.g., workforce scheduling for Absence/Time, expense policies for Expenses).
- For Integration Leads: Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP web services.
- For Data Migration Leads: Advanced proficiency in HDL, HCM Extracts, and ETL tools.
- Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation projects, preferably across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
