Business Analyst (Banking /Digital project)

About the role

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for digital banking and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions, manage project timelines, and resolve technical and functional issues. Lead digital channel enhancement initiatives, including chatbot implementation and guided conversation design, to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, test scenario creation, and production support to ensure high-quality application delivery. Utilize analytical and technical skills with SQL, JIRA, Microsoft Excel, and VBA to support business analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to provide user training, manage change requests, and facilitate successful implementation of digital transformation projects within the banking domain.
