Responsibilities
- Interprets Workday signals and translates for HR COEs. Providing early visibility rather than reactive reporting. Ensures COEs are aligned to what is actually happening vs. what was planned. Example COEs:
- Talent Acquisition (hiring demand signals)

- HRBPS (org design changes, risks)
- Variance Tracking & Reporting

- Partner with our People Insights & Analytics team to elevate reporting into clear narratives and insights
- Build and maintain regular reporting for leaders at multiple levels, to include executive leadership
- Process Improvement & Governance in Workday
- Owns position flow in Workday, to include review, approval, auditing and cleanup
- Look for continued improvement in Workday, identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities in business process design
- Supports ticketing / change requests from Finance and HR Partners
- Acts as and evolves resources for HRBPs and leaders
- Serve as the team's primary expert in Workday position data, transactions, and workflows

- BA or advanced degree where Required
- 5+ Years of Experience; In lieu of degree, 7+ years exp.

- Workforce planning experience: headcount planning, org design, scenario modeling, or transformation planning.
- Analytical skills: forecasting, actuals vs. plan, variance analysis, dashboards, or workforce insights.
- Cross-functional partnership with HRBPs, Finance/FP&A, People Insights, HR COEs, and senior leaders.

- Salary Range
