Logistics/ Shipping Coordinator (Import & Export Documentation) #79574

Responsibilities

• Handle and manage all shipping documentation for both import and export activities.
• Track and monitor shipment status, providing timely updates to internal departments.
• Coordinate daily arrangements with freight forwarders, agents, couriers, and transport providers.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the shipping and logistics team.
• Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Prior experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export processes and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and related logistics/shipping systems.
