Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management roles.
- Proven experience selling:
- Stablecoin solutions
- Treasury management solutions
- Cross-border payment solutions
- Banking, payments, FX, or fintech products
- Digital asset infrastructure or related financial services
- Strong understanding of financial services, payments, treasury operations, digital assets, or fintech ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Existing relationships or proven ability to build relationships with companies and decision-makers in the United States and/or China.
- Experience working with international clients and multicultural business environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional English proficiency (C1+ required).
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- It's a plus:
- Chinese or American nationals currently residing in Latin America.
- LATAM-based professionals with established business networks in the U.S. and Chinese markets.
- Experience working within cryptocurrency, fintech, banking, treasury management, FX, payments, or Web3 companies.
- Existing relationships with fintechs, payment providers, exchanges, treasury teams, or multinational corporations.
