Purpose of Role : The Process and Systems Adoption Manager ensures the successful and sustained adoption of new and changed business processes and systems across the EMEA region. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and end-users, focusing on change management, training, communication, and continuous improvement to maximise the value of transformation initiatives. Processes and Integrated Supply Chain business rules : Establishing, documenting, communicating, and publishing supply chain business rules or policies and assumptions guiding supply chain decisions. A business rule (or policy) is a statement or parameter that defines or constrains some aspects of the business and is generally used in decision-making. Business rules are intended to influence the outcomes of operating the supply chain. - OE3.1: Gather business rules - OE3.2: Interpret business rules - OE3.3: Document / enhance business rules - OE3.4: Communicate business rules - OE3.5: Approve and publish business rules - OE3.6: Retire or reassess business rules Change Management and communication: Leverage our divisional change management framework to develop and execute change management plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes. Create clear, consistent communication , feedback loops to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transition. Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and incorporating it into ongoing system and process enhancement Stakeholder Engagement & Project Enablement : Collaborate with business units, cross-functional, divisional, and corporate teams, including WBS (IT, HR, Finance) to understand business needs and ensure alignment, acting as a liaison and coordinator to drive smooth implementation and minimal disruption across processes and functions in the Integrated Supply Chain. Training and Enablement : Identify training needs and map to current training programs, user guides, and support materials to facilitate user adoption and capability building through organising required training. Performance Monitoring : Partner with Program Leads to refine KPIs and track adoption metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organisational Development, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in change management ( c ertification in change management is a plus e.g. Prosci, ACMP) , process improvement, or systems implementation ; and with proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma. Business & Systems Knowledge : Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) Communication & Influence : Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization. Analytical & Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset. Why join Weir?
