Production Worker

Requirements

• Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Poultry processing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (0-10°C).
• Comfortable handling raw poultry products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Live Poultry Line Worker. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires strength, stamina, and a strong work ethic. The position involves working in key areas of the processing line, including Sticker, Defeathering, Live Hangers, and Evisceration where precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and animal welfare standards are essential.
