Receptionist / Customer Service Executive

About the role

7th Heaven KTV & Café is a family-friendly karaoke café and event venue located at SAFRA Tampines, offering karaoke rooms, events, food& beverages, customised cakes and celebration packages. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle karaoke room bookings, event enquiries and customer reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins
• Greet and welcome customers professionally and warmly
• Assist customers with room selection, promotions, membership enquiries and package recommendations
• Process and consolidate online food orders
• Arrange and schedule deliveries with third-party delivery partners and drivers
• Assist with serving food and beverages during peak periods
• Support daily outlet operations and mini event coordination
• Assist in ensuring karaoke rooms and common areas are well-maintained and guest-ready
• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally

Requirements

• Minimum N/O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
