Deliver regular case supervision to social workers, offering guidance, challenge, and professional support. Allocate work appropriately across the team, ensuring balanced caseloads and effective workflow management. Chair strategy discussions and strategy meetings. Chair Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings and support timely progression of cases. Undertake and contribute to audits, identifying learning and driving continuous improvement. Monitor performance and ensure effective decision-making in high-risk and complex cases. Work collaboratively with senior managers, legal services, and multi-agency partners.
