About the role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Booker and Tesco, you'll help shape and deliver systems and processes that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support our ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements Analyse existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation Support the design, development and implementation of technical solutions Collaborate with developers, testers and project teams to ensure successful delivery Create and maintain documentation including user stories, process maps and functional specifications Support testing activities, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet business expectations Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practice You will need Experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical or IT-focused role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail The ability to communicate complex information in a clear, inclusive and accessible way Experience gathering and documenting requirements (e.g. user stories, process flows) Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and building positive relationships A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery methodologies is beneficial A passion for delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues Booker is the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler.
