Job Overview The Finance organization at LPL is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support the VP, Strategic Support, who directly supports LPL's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Senior Analyst must be an analytical, highly-motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the CFO. The primary responsibility of this role will be overseeing day-to-day support and high-priority ad-hoc projects to support the AVP of Strategic Support and CFO. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as connection point across CFO's leadership team and key external partnerships Coordinate and drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives Lead ad-hoc projects related to CFO priorities Prepare and consult on executive-level reports and presentations for the CFO, Board of Directors, and Management Committee Partner with Finance leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress against goals/OKRs Drive employee interaction and engagement efforts, including employee communications and finance-wide talent management actions What are we looking for?
