Responsibilities

  • Drive project-based sales of integrated smart home systems across luxury residential, developer and commercial segments
  • Build pipeline through interior designer, architect, developer, M&E consultant and main contractor channels
  • Translate client needs into integrated system solutions (lighting, shading, climate, control)
  • Work with the technical team on system design, BOQ and proposals
  • Manage accounts from specification through to project handover

Requirements

  • Proven B2B/project sales track record in systems integration - smart home, building/home automation, AV, ELV or lighting control
  • Familiarity with automation protocols - KNX, DALI, Modbus/BACnet or similar
  • Comfortable selling project solutions rather than single products; understands the ID/architect/developer/consultant specification process
  • Strong technical-commercial communication; able to read drawings/BOQs an advantage
  • Min. 2 years' relevant project sales experience in Singapore
