Job Title: Ukrainian Supervisor (UK-Based / Remote) Company Overview: We are a dynamic property management company operating across the UK, delivering high-quality maintenance, cleaning, and gardening services to our clients. We are expanding our team and seeking a proactive Ukrainian Supervisor to join us. This position can be based in the UK or fully remote from Ukraine , with coordination of UK-based handymen. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and gardening jobs across properties in the UK. Communicate effectively with both Ukrainian and English-speaking teams, clients, and contractors. Manage a reliable network of handymen, gardeners, and cleaning professionals in the UK. Schedule and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion. Report job progress and any issues to the management team promptly. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards during all operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Native or fluent in Ukrainian and good English communication skills . Proven experience managing maintenance or property services teams. Strong network of handymen, gardeners, or cleaning professionals in the UK. Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Professional, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Preferred Attributes: Previous experience in property management or facilities supervision in the UK. Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations for maintenance work.
