Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates solid organ transplant program with regards to development, profitability, and growth. Collaborates in tactical and strategic program planning to improve market share.

  • Maintains an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish program goals and objectives. Promotes effective two-way communication between management and employees. Coordinates responsibility for recruitment and retention of the transplant program staff with physician and operational leaders.
  • Represents that transplant (solid organ) program in appropriate local and national organizations. Manages outreach activities and educational training programs. Responds to public inquiries for information.
  • In collaboration with the public affairs, develops, implements, and manages all aspects of marketing and development activities. Collaborates on initiatives for transplant (solid organ) grow
