Responsibilities

• Conversing with around 200 customers on calls on a regular basis
• Understanding customer issues and help resolve the same
• Check account status for customers
• Inform customers of current promotions
• Change a detractor to a promoter
• Retention and new customer acquisition
• Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution
• Who can apply
• Can work in a rotational shift, dynamic environment
• Are available for a 1-year contractual role
• Can join on an immediate basis
• Has a laptop
• Are from Kolkata
• Are available for an in-office full-time role
• Are well conversant in English, Bangla, and Hindi
• Have thorough knowledge about the Hoichoi platform
• Eager to learn and help with the marketing and business development
