Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and positive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team of a fast-paced wealth management and financial planning firm. This role will primarily support the founder/CEO and work closely with the COO and President to keep priorities, communication, scheduling, and initiatives moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is experienced supporting senior executives, thrives in fast-moving environments, can manage competing priorities, and is comfortable serving as a trusted gatekeeper and organizational partner.
