What We Need We are looking for an exceptionally skilled producer to work on the road and at the office. Overseeing mobile data acquisition sessions and managing administrative tasks related to those sessions. Our ideal candidate has rock-solid production experience, especially working with small teams and being self-reliant. We partner closely with top-tier industry talent, requiring our team to build immediate rapport and maintain a highly supportive environment. Our ideal candidate brings a sincere, welcoming attitude alongside elite talent direction capabilities to ensure a seamless experience. This is temporary position for 12 months that will require you to work onsite in our San Rafael, California office location with the occasional on the road travel. This role does not offer relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Administer the timely processing and tracking of all department invoices and timesheets, ensuring strong communication and workflow between our team and Accounts Payable.
• Manage proper reporting for all department expenses.
• Assist with production coordination on scans and special projects - staffing, scheduling, and client communication.
• Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates.
• What Will Make You A Great Fit
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Suite.
• Experience in Creative Production.
• Strong organizational skills, including unwavering attention to detail.
• Stellar time management skills, with particular focus on proactivity and efficient remote working.
• Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments.
• Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish effective and immediate rapport with new and current clients.
