Responsibilities
- Own and standardize top-of-funnel performance analysis, including lead generation tracking, conversion rates, and attribution across Marketing and New Business channels
- Define, implement, and maintain KPIs and performance benchmarks; own principle dashboards to assess overall funnel performance, drive data-backed recommendations, and inform critical decisions

- Build strategic partnerships with Finance, Business Intelligence, Business Systems, and GTM Ops to ensure alignment and smooth workflow across marketing, sales, and other business functions
- Create and maintain training documentation on processes, system configuration, and reporting standards
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are essential
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue/Marketing Operations at a B2B SaaS or fintech company
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data querying, extraction, and analysis; strong working knowledge of Snowflake and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools (Tableau strongly preferred); familiarity with BI tools such as Looker
- Experience with Sales & Marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and Outreach
- Proven track record designing, rolling out, and maintaining KPI frameworks and dashboards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to build analytical frameworks and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to craft compelling narratives and convey complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive alignment across teams
