Job Description Summary Position Objective: The Senior Treasury Analyst plays a strategic and visible role in managing Sunbelt Rentals' global treasury operations. This role is a key contributor to overall liquidity management, consolidated cash reporting, debt compliance, forecasting, capital markets support, and analytical insights that strengthen financial performance. Position Responsibilities: Own daily and weekly consolidated global cash positioning, ensuring accuracy and timely visibility into short‑term liquidity. Develop, refine, and present short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts; identify trends and recommend funding strategies to optimize liquidity. Support lender reporting, including borrowing base calculation, covenant compliance, and reporting packages. Prepare analytical reporting, including interest expense forecasts, WACC modeling, competitive intelligence, and scenario‑based capital structure modeling. Coordinate with banking partners, rating agencies, and internal stakeholders to support strategic capital markets initiatives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations to align capital allocation strategies. Assist with administration of the global insurance program, including renewals, broker coordination, compliance, and strategic coverage evaluations. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization across treasury workflows. Perform additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Requirements & What We Value: Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 3-6 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Accounting, or corporate finance. Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flows. Proficiency in Excel and comfort with large datasets. Effective organizational skills and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to accuracy, documentation, and structured follow‑through across a variety of workflows. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement mindset. Physical Demands: Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work.
