Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring all documentation, communications, and operational steps are completed accurately and on time.

- Manage benefits operations, including private health insurance, and coordinate external vendors across payroll, benefits, and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Coordinate employee surveys, HR communications, and internal HR projects.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support business and leadership decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Personnel Affairs, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, statutory notification processes, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with an interest in HR reporting and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
