About the Role: This role is focused on Growth/Data Analytics, where you use data to understand customer behavior, improve marketing performance, and drive business growth. The job involves working with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker, and Python/R to analyze data, build customer segments, and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, and Tech to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes. The role suits candidates who enjoy problem-solving, storytelling with data, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals.
  • Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.
  • Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.
  • Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.
  • Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage.Familiarity with Digital marketing channels and metrics.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-frequency consumer apps preferredStrong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics,Starburst, Mixpanel, Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.)
  • Understanding of funnels, cohorts, retention, and LTV optimizationStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentExperience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or HiveQL.
