Assistant Buyer @Flip What you'll have to do: Update data (supplier files and items files); Ensure the accuracy of the data concerning suppliers and ︁items; Follow-up on the different contracts concluded with suppliers. Ensure that all orders are sent in due time, according to internal procedures Data analysis Collaborate with other teams Organizing deliveries (request bills, communicate with suppliers and branches, contact forwarding agents and order, inform the warehouse) Tracking orders and order status Maintain accurate and compelling product information. What makes you a good fit: Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactiveness and ambition. Ability to work across organizations and in a challenging environment Communication and negotiation skills. Teamwork oriented but yet independent. Proficiency in English. Computer literacy (MS Office, good command of excel).
