Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Unit Leader and wider Mental Capacity team on all client-related financial matters
  • Process payments across the caseload in line with agreed terms, resolving any queries efficiently
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of costing files to the Senior Courts Costs Office, liaising with costs draftsmen and the Court
  • Carry out weekly bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and monitoring cash flow
  • Open and maintain client accounts as required

Requirements

  • Experience of accounts processes and managing individual client budgets
